You’ve made the decision to build a new house. Now you must decide where you want to live and purchase the perfect building lot. Our Project Manager will meet you on-site to help you understand the space of each and every W.B. Homes lot. He’ll review with you ideal house location on the lot(s), grading, useable rear yard area, walk-out or daylight basement possibilities, and address any of your questions or concerns.
During the pre-construction phase you will be making some of your most important new home decisions. Our Design Centers provide an exciting and stress free color and option selection process for our home buyers. We have one goal: to make sure each buyer is aware of the ever changing variety of colors, products and materials that are available for today’s custom home. We’ve also tapped the creative expertise of the industry’s design professionals to showcase unique product selections available for your new home.
Next, a Design Coordinator will schedule a private appointment to make all of your custom selections and do a final review of your custom options. Our goal is for each home buyer to be able to match their lifestyle and budget with one of our exciting floor plans. We welcome additional structural changes from expansions to extra rooms to floor plan realignments. We’ll take the opportunity to meet your every need!
A house is only as good as the foundation on which it rests. Next comes framing, rough ins, interior and exterior finishes, and landscaping. If you’re prepared for what may happen, this can be a very exciting time during the building of your home! You finally get to see where your house will sit, how big it will be, and what views you will have. This is the physical work on the exciting road to realizing your dream house.
Moving into any new home requires some preparation and work. Organizing the perfect move for your beautiful new custom home it is no different. Plan a flexible move date and don’t forget to change your address and transfer your utilities. Downsizing? Prepare to donate items that won’t make the move. Lastly, remember to relax! Moving into your new custom built home will be one of the most exciting days of your life.
