Over the past 3 years, we have looked at homes by literally every builder in the area and none approach the standards of your communities. In addition, your personal involvement was a major selling point. Your attention to customer service went a long way in our decision.
Tony was here today to finish his part of our punch list, and I just wanted to let you know how great he was. He was very nice and accommodating. He got his work done while disrupting our lives as little as possible. He was also amazingly neat. I was worried about mess from the drywall work, but he kept it contained and clean. The work also looks good too. I can hardly tell where the nail pops were. I just thought you should know how good he was.
